Your $600 monthly site rent includes water, sewer, electricity*, trash service, and high-speed internet. Residents also have access to on-site laundry.

First and last month’s site rent are due at move-in.

*Electricity includes normal residential RV usage. Excessive usage may be subject to additional charges.
